Madar Platform Terms of Use (Trainees)

1. Definitions

  • Madar / Platform / we: the Madar platform operated by Lemonada Core, CR No. [__________], National Address [__________].
  • User / Trainee / you: anyone who registers, applies for a seat or uses the simulation.
  • Partner: a company offering training seats on the platform and viewing readiness reports with your consent.
  • Seat ("Orbit"): a training opportunity offered by a Partner within a cohort and track.
  • Simulation: an interactive job-simulation game with AI characters.
  • Readiness Report: a report describing your performance in the simulation and your skill indicators.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

  1. By using the platform you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
  2. You must be 18 or older.
  3. Information you provide must be true, accurate and current; the CV must be your own.
  4. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for your credentials.

3. AI disclosure

  1. The "Madar Guide" and all colleagues and characters in the simulation are AI-generated characters, not humans. A persistent "AI character" badge is shown and a spoken disclosure is made.
  2. The guide's photoreal face is generated or licensed under explicit agreement and is not a real person speaking to you live.
  3. AI models can be wrong. Do not rely on characters' statements as professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
  4. AI analysis of your CV and interview is a recommendation only; a human reviewer makes the admission decision. You may request an explanation and a fresh human review.
  5. A text alternative to the voice interview is always available.

4. Nature of the simulation

  1. Companies, projects, people and events inside the simulation are fictional, created for training purposes; any resemblance is unintended.
  2. "Prepared for [Partner]" or the co-brand "Madar × Partner" means the scenario was designed with or for that Partner; it does not mean the events or problems depicted reflect that Partner's reality or views.
  3. The simulation contains no Partner confidential information, and you must not enter confidential information of your current or former employer.

5. The Readiness Report is not a certificate

  1. The Readiness Report describes your performance against Madar's criteria. It is not a training, academic or professional certificate, carries no accreditation from the National eLearning Center (NELC), the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation or any other body, and is not equivalent to a qualification.
  2. You must not present it as an accredited certificate.
  3. It does not guarantee admission or employment with any Partner; Partner decisions are independent.
  4. If Madar later obtains the licence required to issue certificates, separate terms will apply.

6. Admission and seats

  1. Seats are limited and allocated by human reviewer decision and capacity; applicants may be waitlisted.
  2. Applicants are never asked about gender, religion, tribe, origin, marital status, age, health or nationality, and these attributes are not used in decisions.
  3. Madar may revoke admission for false information or breach of these Terms.
  4. Your profile is shared with a Partner only with your consent, per Partner.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: (1) manipulate evaluations, scores or game state, exploit bugs, or access characters' hidden data; (2) attempt prompt injection or push characters to produce abusive or unlawful content or bypass safeguards; (3) use bots, automation or another person to interview or play for you; (4) record, republish or use the guide's or characters' voice or likeness to create deepfakes; (5) upload unlawful, indecent, infringing or malicious content; (6) impersonate any person or entity; (7) overload or penetration-test the service without written permission; (8) use the platform contrary to the Anti-Cyber Crime Law or other laws.

We may apply daily voice-minute limits and suspend or terminate accounts for breaches.

8. Intellectual property

  1. The platform and its content (scenarios, characters, text, designs, the "Madar" mark, software) are owned by or licensed to Lemonada Core.
  2. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and are displayed only under their approval.
  3. Your content (CV, answers, deliverables) remains yours. You grant Madar a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely to provide the service per the Privacy Notice and to produce aggregated de-identified statistics.
  4. You must not copy, reverse-engineer or scrape the simulation.

9. Availability and changes

  1. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". AI or voice services may fail; the platform then runs in a fallback (text or simplified) mode.
  2. We may change the platform or these Terms and will notify you before material changes.

10. Limitation of liability

  1. To the extent permitted by law, Madar is not liable for Partner decisions, indirect or consequential damages, loss of opportunity, or reliance on AI-generated content.
  2. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, gross breach or personal-data-protection obligations.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time; data is deleted per the Privacy Notice retention periods. We may terminate accounts for breach.

12. Governing law and disputes

Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will seek amicable settlement within 30 days, failing which the competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction ⚠️.
