Is applying free?
Yes. Applying, the interview and the simulation are free for applicants.
Does AI decide whether I'm admitted?
No. AI provides an evidence-backed analysis and recommendation only; a human reviewer at the partner makes the decision.
Is my voice recorded?
We never store audio recordings. Speech is transcribed in real time and only the text is kept, per the retention period in our privacy policy.
What if I don't want a voice interview?
You can do the interview in text at any time, and it won't affect your evaluation.
Do I get a certificate?
You receive a “readiness report” describing your skills and achievements in the simulation. It is not an accredited professional certificate.
Who sees my data?
Madar's authorised team, and the partner whose seats you applied for — only after your explicit consent to share with them.
